LIMITED WARRANTY:

California Paints warrants Enduradeck Deck Siding and Fence Stain to be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years on decks and fences and 15 years when used on siding, when applied to a properly prepared surface according to application instructions available online at www.californiapaints.com.  Customer should notify California Paints in writing of any claim under this limited warranty, and upon receipt from customer of proof of purchase, California Paints will replace an equivalent amount of stain to apply to the affected area if the defect is deemed  by California Paints to have been in the product. This limited warranty excludes labor, transportation costs or any other expenses of any kind incurred in connection with the purchase, use or application of the product.  Replacement is the sole and exclusive option under this limited warranty and this limited warranty expressly does not include any incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit resulting from any defect in the product. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.  This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, acts of God, customer alteration, vandalism, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unreasonable care or other causes not arising from defects in manufacturing and materials. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSED HEREIN.  No person, company, agent, distributor, dealer or retailer is authorized to modify or amend the terms of this limited warranty in any manner whatsoever.
