GUARANTEED PERFORMER STATEMENT

Storm Stain is guaranteed to perform satisfactorily when applied in accordance with label directions. If Storm Stain is shown to be defective, replacement of the Storm Stain will be made upon presentation of proof of purchase. Manufacturer’s liability, whether expressed or implied, is limited solely to the replacement of the Storm Stain and does not include labor or application costs incurred by failure of previously applied paint films or inappropriate application procedures.
